Materials:
Paint. Various colors.
White paper
Scissors
Glue
Instructions:
Let kids mix their own colors. Example: What color do you get when you mix yellow and blue?
Let child dip her hands in paint and stamp 10 handprints onto paper.
Let the prints dry or use a hairdryer to speed things up.
Cut out the hand prints.
Glue them in a circle (with fingers pointing outward) to form a wreath.
Trace one clean hand in the center of a sheet of white paper. This is your peace dove. Color or paint on a little orange beak.
Blue the hand wreath onto the dove paper, framing the peace dove.
