Apple Baked Pork Roast |

Ingredients:
Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Core and slice apples 1 inch thick. Season roast with salt and pepper. Place roast in a roasting pan. Place apple slices around roast. Combine Apple Juice, Brown Sugar (or Honey) and Cinnamon. Pour over roast. Bake roast in center of oven for 20-30 minutes per pound of meat until cooked through. (3 lb roast may bake 1 1/4 hours.) Serve with baked apples on the side or as a sauce over the meat.
